1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phwin6. Opening, attempting to open, or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or in conjunction with another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering your phwin6 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested in the registration form. 4.3 Withdrawal Terms

7 Prohibited Conduct

phwin6's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the use of the phwin6 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phwin6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

phwin6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or where phwin6 determines that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the user, phwin6 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including any pending withdrawal amounts, pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity, those funds will be forfeited.
